Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

Nicholas founded D3 Draping in 2018 and grew it from grassroots décor work into one of the Caribbean's most recognized names in event styling. From the company's first major production at Marbana in 2019 to festivals and experiences across Jamaica, Trinidad, Miami, and Barbados, he has led D3 through every major chapter of its story.

His vision for D3

Nicholas's goal is to make D3 Event Production the complete partner clients call when they want more than décor: full scale production, 3D visualization, custom builds, and flawless execution under one roof. He is focused on raising standards across the region, investing in talent and technology, and delivering events that feel as ambitious on the day as they do in the planning room.

As Managing Director and CEO, he stays hands on with creative direction, client relationships, and the standards that define every D3 project.

Shadae Henry serves as Director of D3 Event Production with a deep focus on décor. She has a natural eye for the finer details and sees every event aesthetically, from how a space feels when guests arrive to the small touches that make a setup feel finished and intentional.

Shadae envisions D3 as the standard for beautiful event design in the region: a company where every space tells a story, every detail is considered, and every client feels the difference before a single photo is taken.

She is focused on growing D3's reputation for impeccable taste, pushing creative boundaries in décor and styling, and building a team that sees events the way she does, with clarity, balance, and an uncompromising eye for what looks and feels right.

As Director, she leads the aesthetic direction behind our work, guiding concepts from first mood board to final placement so each production reflects the polish and vision D3 stands for.
